Rim Tehraoui is Founder & CEO of Aryam Adaptive & Regenerative Solutions, a mission-driven start-up delivering data and AI solutions to support the agroecological transition.

In addition to leading her start-up, Rim serves as Chair of Hub France IA, a nonprofit association uniting the key players in the French AI ecosystem and is part of France 2030 digital expert pool.

Her work as chair of the OS Climate Governing Board at the Linux Foundation and as a member of the MIT Data Board further highlight her deep commitment to using technology for positive global impact.

Before these roles, Rim served as the Chief Data Officer of BNP Paribas Group, where she led the bank’s data and AI strategy, spearheading initiatives in AI and digital transformation as well as ESG risk management and analytics. She has also developed expertise in structured finance, investment management and sustainability leadership throughout her carrier.

Rim is an ENSAE Paris Tech and Sciences Po Paris alumni and is holding several certifications in sustainability leadership, agroecology, agroforestry and regenerative hydrology.
